MACHINING SHOP
At Hebei Foundryman Tech, we pride ourselves on our state-of-the-art CNC machining capabilities, equipped with more than 200 sets of various processing equipment.
- l 5-axis machining center
- l 20 CNC horizontal lathes
- l 6 CNC vertical lathes, maximum turning diameter is 4.5m
- l 20 Gantry machining center, the maximum machining workpiece is 4mx12m
- l 16 various CNC boring and milling machines, the maximum workbench size is 2mx4m.
With a focus on delivering fully machined high chrome white iron and stainless-steel castings, we eliminate the challenges of managing separate casting and machining processes, ensuring a streamlined production experience that upholds tight tolerances as per requirements.

Heat treatment
Heat treatment equipment list
- 27 sets of heat treatment equipment in total
- 8 Trolley-type electric resistance furnace, the Maximum Heat treatment workpiece size 6m x5m x2.5m.
- 4 Pit- type carburizing furnace, the Maximum Heat treatment workpiece size φ1.5m x1.5m.
- 3 Glow ion nitrogen furnace, the Maximum Heat treatment workpiece size φ1.2m x1.5m.
- 2 Medium frequency hardening furnace, the Maximum Heat treatment workpiece size φ0.5m x2.5m.
- 1 High frequency hardening furnace, the Maximum Heat treatment workpiece size φ0.11m x1.2m.
- 5 Shot blasting machines.
Heat treatment type
- Heat treatment includes Normalizing, annealing, quenching, tempering, nitrogen case hardening, surface treatment in nitrogen, and surface hardening.
- Hardening medium includes water, PAG quench liquid, oil, and Alkaline water.
QUALITY CONTROL
We implement comprehensive and integrated inspection procedures to prevent issues and ensure the accuracy of all outputs.
We conduct extensive testing to guarantee compliance with original material specifications and industry standards. Our quality control process is supported by over 160 precision inspections and testing instruments that monitor each stage of production.
Additionally, each part is assigned a unique tracking number to trace the entire production process, ensuring full traceability.
The quality control checks include:
· Physical & chemical testing
· Dimensional inspection, three-coordinates measuring (CMM)
· Non-destructive testing (NDT)
· Balancing
· Hydraulic testing
