Foundry Capacity
Our foundry covers an area of 60,000 m² and uses resin sand molding processes to produce a wide range of industrial castings. With an annual output of 10,000 tons.
We apply resin sand, green sand, lost foam process for our hard iron castings and steel castings.
We specialize in complex high-chrome white iron, grey iron, ductile iron, carbon steel, low-alloy steel, stainless steel, duplex steel, and other steel and iron castings, with unit weights ranging from 1 kg to 26 tons.

As an experienced integrated steel and iron foundry, we provide complete in-house production services, including pattern making, casting, heat treatment, CNC machining, welding, profiling, impeller balancing, polishing, coating, final assembly, and hydraulic testing.
