Solid Foundry  specializes in manufacturing pump castings from a variety of materials, including high chrome white iron (ASTM A532 Series), grey and ductile iron, stainless steel and duplex steel.  Wear resistance castings are used for wear caused by abrasion, impact or corrosion and corrosive etc., which includes:  

• Pump spare parts
• Mining wear parts
• Machinery components
• Coal mill parts
• Mill wear plates, feed liners, casings etc.

Every component is expertly cast utilizing our precision casting techniques then machined to exact final customer tolerances and certified to specification by our Quality Assurance Department.

FULL-SERVICE FOUNDRY

• Molding system: Resin sand, green sand,  lost foam;
• Furan and alkaline phenolic resin sand production line (including 20t/h movable sand mixer and3 sets of fixed sand mixer); 
• 5T medium frequency furnace for each; 
• 16T electric-arc furnace , 16T LF refining furnace, 16T vacuum refining furnace, all kinds of shot blasting machines;   
• Heat treatment:  Normalizing, Annealing, Quenching & Tempering;  
• Materials: High Chrome Iron, Ductile Iron, Grey Iron, Stainless stee, duplex steel, super duplex steel, low carbon steel, alloy steel;
• Casting limites: 1kg~26,000kgs;
• Casting capacity: 10,000 tons per year.
